01Technical assessment
We carry out an on-site technical survey of the project, identifying the materials with recovery value and setting out the most efficient working method to make the best use of resources and meet your objectives.
02Documentation and permits
We take on the project’s technical and administrative paperwork, preparing and processing everything required: demolition designs, health and safety studies, waste management plans, licences and any other authorisations needed, ensuring compliance with all current regulations.
03Execution
We carry out the work to the planned schedule and the agreed timescales. We specialise in working in live operational environments, coordinating every task to avoid interfering with production and to keep the site safe and running.
04Transport and logistics
We have our own fleet of more than 60 GPS-tracked vehicles, including skip loader lorries, tipper trailers, low-loaders and ADR-certified vehicles (for dangerous goods) to carry waste and materials. We keep the site and the treatment plants efficiently coordinated, so operations continue without interruption and deadlines are met.
05Waste management and certification
We are an authorised waste management company (authorisation no. E-345.97), so we control the whole management process directly. From identifying the waste and assigning its EWC codes (European List of Waste) to registering it on the official platforms and issuing the final certificates, we guarantee full traceability and regulatory compliance, with no intermediaries.

It depends on the type of facility. In the initial assessment, we identify and quantify all the materials with recovery value. The income from recovered materials (ferrous metals, aluminium, copper, stainless steel) can significantly offset the cost of the demolition.
We have the full range: from heavy 45-tonne excavators for large structures to compact machines for confined spaces, plus demolition shears, hydraulic breakers and sorting grabs as each job requires. All the machinery is our own.
