ETHICAL INFORMATION CHANNEL OF FRANCISCO ALBERICH, SA
ALBERICH'S COMMITMENT TO BUSINESS ETHICS:
Francisco Alberich SA expresses its opposition to any illegal act in addition to showing its firm will to comply with current legal legislation, for which it undertakes to combat and prevent fraudulent acts or conduct within its activity.
In this context, the Ethical Channel is configured as an element to detect alleged irregularities or acts contrary to legality, the investigation of which also allows the adoption of appropriate measures to repair their consequences and prevent these situations from being repeated in the future.
The person responsible for the Ethical Channel of Francisco Alberich SA is the Regulatory Compliance Unit, a body made up of the Corporate Management formed specifically for this purpose.
Reports must be made in good faith and must be truthful, that is, they must be based on the existence of reasonable evidence of the commission of an irregularity, crime, illegal act or act contrary to the Code of Ethics. The formulation of false complaints could constitute the crimes of slander and slander typified in arts. 205 et seq. of the Penal Code.
Queries or claims of a commercial nature will not be processed through the Ethical Channel, which must be sent through the customer service services enabled in each of the companies.
The Ethical Channel has two channels of communication:
- Consultation Channel, through which doubts, dilemmas or questions can be raised in relation to the application of the Code of Ethics, corporate policies or any of the established procedures Francisco Alberich SA. COMMUNICATION WITH THE INFORMANT:
The Ethical Channel allows secure communication with the informant, even with those who have decided to be anonymous. For this, a communication is enabled once the complaint is registered.
Without prejudice to the foregoing, the Ethical Channel allows the informant to expressly renounce receiving any communication of actions carried out by the Regulatory Compliance Unit as a consequence of the information.
PROTECTION OF THE INFORMANT AND EXTERNAL CHANNELS:
"Law 2/2023, of February 20, regulating the protection of people who report regulatory infractions and the fight against corruption" grants a protection regime to those people who report actions or omissions that may constitute certain infractions. of the Law of the European Union, or of serious or very serious criminal or administrative infraction, considering among these, in any case, those that imply economic loss for the Public Treasury and for Social Security, and of which they have been aware in a work context.
In addition, these people may report these events to the Independent Whistleblower Protection Authority (AAI) or to the corresponding authorities or autonomous bodies.
