Welcome to the Complaint Channel. Through this means you may inform us of the commission of any irregularity and/or regulatory breach of which you have knowledge or well-founded suspicion. To facilitate the investigation of the facts, it is important that you provide us with the information you have.

All communications will be treated independently and confidentially, guaranteeing the protection of your personal data.

If you wish, you can make the complaint anonymously. In this case, you will not have to complete the "Name and surname, Email and Contact telephone" section.

Retaliation against people who report violations and those close to them is prohibited. In the event that, after the investigation of the case, it is concluded that the complaint has been made in bad faith or that the data and testimonies provided are false, the corresponding disciplinary file will be applied to the persons responsible.

All complaints will be appropriately investigated, even in the case of those made anonymously, as long as they contain sufficient information for their investigation.

We remind you that you can inform the Independent Whistleblower Protection Authority (AAI) or the corresponding authorities or autonomous bodies, of the commission of any actions or omissions that may constitute infringements of European Union Law provided for in the Parliament Directive. European and Council of, of October 23, 2019, as well as serious criminal and administrative infractions, including those that imply economic loss for the Public Treasury and Social Security.
